Decker Cunov

Decker Cunov, COO, blends almost thirty years of experience as a mediator and expert in team building with the past two decades specifically supporting and building venture funds. When stepping into the C-suite for key investments, he challenges organizations to reach extraordinary levels of teamwork and performance. Decker has also facilitated over $2.3 billion in fundraising, most recently as a founding partner at the venture fund Prime Movers Lab.

Over the years, Decker has supported many remarkable organizations. His clients included the Founders Fund team and many of the highest-performing startups in tech history. In addition to his business consulting, Decker has trained thousands of coaches and facilitators; counseled homeless young adults by founding a one-of-a-kind residential program in San Francisco called Arkhouse; and led team building, leadership development, and mediation while enlisted in the U.S. Army.

Decker joined the Focused Energy team to ensure coherent operations, from strategic planning and performance management to fostering relationships with investors to the continual enhancement of all day-to-day process and systems flow.
